It looks like normal underwear.
That's the point.
Underwear that catches leaks. A sneeze, a laugh, a jump — it soaks it up and locks it away. Nothing shows. No one knows. Wash it and wear it again, 100+ times. It even doubles as period underwear on moderate days.

NOT A NAPPY.
JUST UNDERWEAR.
It looks like your normal underwear. It feels like your normal underwear. It washes with your normal washing.
Inside there are 4 thin layers. They catch a leak, soak it up, and lock it away. Your skin stays dry. Your day carries on.
No pad. No crinkle sound. No one can tell. That's the whole trick.

We tested our own underwear. On camera.
Two tests, uncut.
First, measured water onto the one spot where a leak actually happens — 12ml stays dry to the touch, 22ml locks in, 40ml is damp inside but still sealed.
Then the stress test: 150ml poured across the pad, almost 4× our own limit, with a white tissue underneath. We pressed it hard with both hands. The tissue came out dry.
Plain numbers. No big words.
Outside: underwear.
Inside: 4 layers doing a job.

Soft dry top
Pulls the wet away from your skin fast. You feel dry.
Soaks it up
The core drinks the leak in seconds.
Locks it in
Holds it tight — even when you sit down.
Stops it
A leak-proof barrier. Nothing reaches your clothes.
What it actually looks like.
Front, back, waistband and under clothes — so you know exactly what arrives.
Straight on
High waist, full coverage — the same shape as the underwear already in your drawer.
From behind
No pad outline, no bulk, no ridge through the seat.
Wide, flat, no roll
The wide band is what holds the core close to the body all day.
Nothing shows
Under leggings and under a dress. Look for the line — there isn't one.
Pads cost money every month. Forever.
R400 to R500 at the shop. Every month. For years. For something that crinkles, bunches and chafes.
This underwear you buy once. Wash it 100+ times. Move the sliders and see when it pays for itself.

What SA women say. Quietly.
"At 62 I thought this was just something I had to live with. I was wrong. These gave me back the freedom to walk, laugh and move without constantly worrying. They wash easily with my laundry and dry overnight. Simple and effective."
"Not for heavy leaks, I still keep a pad for those rare days, but for everyday sneezes, coughs and the odd laugh they are excellent. Slim, quiet and comfortable. The sizing WhatsApp help was useful too. Happy I tried them"
"Under tight jeans, under a dress, under gym leggings, nothing shows and nothing feels different. Soft bamboo fabric, no digging elastic, no plastic noise. This is the first leakproof underwear that doesn't feel like medical underwear."

For Mom. From you.
She will never buy these herself. You know that. So don't make it a talk — make it a parcel. Her size, a plain box, nothing said. Then watch her start saying yes again.

You need at least 3 — one on, one in the wash, one in the drawer. That's why 3 is the deal.

Faulty or wrong? We fix it at our cost.
Underwear is a hygiene product, so we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — the same standard underwear retailers apply everywhere. What we do promise: if your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or you receive the wrong item, we replace it — and we cover the shipping both ways. Before you order, use the size tool or message us on WhatsApp — we'd far rather help you now than disappoint you later.

How to wash
Calm Wear is 100% reusable and machine washable, just like your normal underwear.
Wash before first wear
New fabric carries a light factory finish. One wash removes it — absorbency reaches full strength after 2–3 washes.
Wash at 30°C
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, in with your normal laundry. Never hot — heat damages the absorbent layers.
No fabric softener
Softener coats the fibres and stops the core absorbing. Skip it every time — and no bleach.
Dry inside out
Turn inside out and air dry. Hang or lay flat — overnight is enough, ready by morning.
Avoid
Tumble dryers, high heat, bleach and ironing. Those are what shorten the life of the core.
