Underwear is a hygiene product, so we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — which is exactly why we'd rather help you get it right the first time. Send us your waist measurement in centimetres and we'll tell you which size to choose: on a high-waist brief the waistband is what decides the fit. Two minutes, no awkwardness.
