Every Calm Wear order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents — your privacy is standard, not an add-on.
Free shipping across South Africa
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the country. No minimum spend, nothing added at checkout.
Where we deliver
Calm Wear delivers to street addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
Delivery times
- Main centres: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Outlying areas: 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched.
These are courier estimates rather than guarantees, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, SAST). Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
What the courier sees
A plain bag with a courier label. No brand name, no product name, nothing describing the contents. Your bank statement carries a discreet reference too.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel is delayed beyond the times above, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email orders@calmwear.co.za with your order number — or message us on WhatsApp. We will trace it with the courier and replace or refund your order at our cost.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you give at checkout are correct. Where a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, a re-delivery fee may apply.
